Hereafter

(ADVERB) formal From now on.

You deserve a happy, fulfilled life; one that is designed by your choices, and you are capable of achieving it!

I want you to be empowered in who you are, aware and attending to your areas for growth, and confident in the way you move through your world. This starts by getting to know and love yourself.

By building a positive relationship to yourself, you lay the foundation for which the rest of your life is built; how you make decisions, how you operate in times of stress, how you engage in relationships, how you heal, and how you continue to grow. Engaging in this process through therapy may feel unfamiliar or scary, and that’s okay!

If you are ready to commit to the process, therapy can help you become your very best you.

IS THERAPY RIGHT FOR ME?

Reflect for a moment on how many times the average person goes to a family doctor, dentist, or optometrist throughout their development.

On our way through childhood, adolescence, and young adulthood, we properly check on and attend to all our various nuts and bolts – except our minds.

Everything we know about ourselves develops in our minds, and often without due process. Add to that the many ways that life can be difficult or hurtful along the way, and before you know it, you may believe false things about yourself or your place in the world, or may be finding it harder than you expected to manage your troubles.

You don’t have to do it alone!

As humans, we thrive on social connection – feeling heard and understood. Therapy can provide a connected, safe space to unpack some of the beliefs or patterns that are no longer serving you, thereby making room for a life much richer and more fulfilling. This isn’t often the “fun” stuff to talk about, but the work is so worth it!

Just like a visit to the dentist, I view therapy as an integral part of our overall wellness.
