I believe I was meant to do this work; From a young age, I recall always been fascinated by what makes people ‘tick’.

I have chosen to work with people as they navigate this crazy thing called life because, put simply: I can relate. As a fellow human, I know how hard or confusing things can get sometimes.

I’ve done (and will continue to do) my own work in therapy, so I’ve seen how profound this can be. I consider it a great privilege to join my clients as they find healing, acceptance, and self-love.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (#LH61097105) in the state of Washington.

I earned my BA in Psychology from Western Washington University in 2012 and my MAEd in Counseling at the CACREP-accredited program at Seattle University in 2016.

I always aim to continue growing as a therapist by attending regular trainings on current issues in my field, consulting with colleagues, and reading/studying independently on my favorite topics of interest.

I practice what I preach: self-care! Creating balance in my own life allows me to be more present and whole-hearted with my clients.

This often includes binging my newest favorite show, reading, practicing yoga, meditating, enjoying live music, playing with my rescue dog, or spending quality time with close friends and family.

As a Seattle-born nature-enthusiast, I enjoy camping, hiking, and sight-seeing, especially near any body of water. I also love sampling our local restaurants and coffee shops.
