I love being a therapist! I believe I was meant to do this work; from a young age, I recall being fascinated by humans and why we do what we do.

I have chosen to work with people as they navigate this crazy thing called life because, put simply: I can relate. As a fellow human, I know how hard and confusing life can get sometimes.

I’ve done (and will continue to do) my own work in therapy, so I’ve seen how profound this work can be. I consider it a great privilege to join my clients as they find their own healing, self-acceptance, and self-love.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington (#LH61097105).

I earned my BA in Psychology from Western Washington University in 2012 and my MAEd in Counseling at the CACREP-accredited program at Seattle University in 2016.

I continue my growth as a therapist by regularly attending trainings on current research and issues for my client population, consulting with colleagues, and reading up on my favorite topics of interest.

I practice what I preach: self-care! Creating balance in my own life allows me to be more present and whole-hearted with my clients.

This includes resting, reading, journaling and writing, practicing yoga, meditating, taking dance classes, seeing live music, playing with my rescue dog (Mia), or spending quality time with my close friends and family.

I love being out in nature with things like hiking and sight-seeing, especially near any body of water. You can also catch me sampling a new restaurant (preferably Mexican food) or a local coffee shop.
