Therapy Services

I offer clinical mental health counseling virtually via telehealth to residents of Washington and Arizona.

Typically, sessions are 50 minutes/one hour, though I also offer 90-minute and 2-hour sessions.

I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, low self-esteem, codependency, people-pleasing, disordered eating, poor body image, trauma, relationship issues, shame, stress, life transitions, ADHD, sexuality, and sexual identity.

My Approach

My goal as a therapist is for my clients to feel heard and supported, wherever they are on their journey. It can be hard, especially with our busy lives and modern world, to find people who are genuinely in our corner and want nothing but the best for us; that’s where therapy comes in.

I believe my clients are the experts on themselves, and it is my privilege to sit passenger-seat on their path to creating more peace, joy, and contentment in their lives. I may have tips, helpful detours, or shortcuts up my sleeve, but my clients are always the drivers.

I take pride in being a therapist that “keeps it real”. I find my clients appreciate my direct style, and that it helps them feel safe to bring their authentic, real self to our sessions as well.

My work is based in an “eclectic” framework, meaning I utilize different therapeutic modalities, including person-centered therapy, relational therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), attachment theory, internal family systems (IFS), narrative therapy, feminist therapy, and more. I am trauma-informed and neuroscience-informed, so I understand the ways that our brain’s “programming”, past experiences, and the nervous system impacts our moods, beliefs, and behaviors.

I’m a neurodivergent-affirming clinician, and I am neurodivergent myself. I come from a strength-based perspective, and I want to help you view your differences as your superpowers. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I am proud to be a safe and affirming space for all LGBTQIA+ clients.
